I will count from 1 to 6. With each count, you will become more awake, alert, and calm—both mentally and physically.
1. You are becoming more aware of your body and beginning to move and stretch.
2. You are feeling more energy move into your legs and feet. Stretch out your legs and feet.
3. Feel the energy move into your back and chest.
4. Begin to stretch out your arms, your hands, and now your fingers. Feel the energy move into your shoulders.
5. Now, stretch out your whole body. Feel the energy encompass you.
6. Your eyes are open. You feel relaxed, alert, and filled with energy.
